Rental Agent at Bromöllabolagen

We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented rental agent who wants to be part of our company and contribute to an efficient and business-like rental operation. In this role, you will be responsible for showing and selling our apartments and premises in a professional and convincing manner. With us, you will have a challenging and enjoyable work environment with the opportunity to influence and develop in your role! You will work with everything from marketing, first contact with customers to contract writing and ensure that other administrative parts are taken care of. You will closely collaborate with property managers, rental administration, and service staff.

BromöllaHem owns and manages around 1,000 residential units and 50 premises in Bromölla and surrounding areas. We strive to provide good service and well-maintained housing for our tenants. Our goal and focus are to contribute to our tenants' quality of life in various ways.

We envision standard-raising investments in the existing property stock and increased tenant influence and service. We see ourselves as an obvious part of Bromölla's development and growth. Bromöllabolagen works together and shares certain functions and personnel resources between the companies.

We currently have about 30 colleagues, and we work sustainably to support each other. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.

Your Responsibilities

As a rental agent, your primary task is to welcome those seeking apartments and premises and start our customer relationships in a good way. In a professional manner, help them find their new home, workplace, or gathering point. You will have daily customer contact via phone, email, and personal meetings with both potential and current tenants, working in line with BromöllaHem's rental guidelines.

Main responsibilities:

  • Market available apartments and premises to potential customers.
  • Conduct and plan viewings in a trustworthy manner and highlight our properties and their areas.
  • Create rental agreements, follow up, and verify customer information before new agreements are signed.
  • Financial follow-up.
  • Administer and update the rental system and keep track of available properties and their status.
  • Plan and participate in marketing efforts and events.

Your Background/Your Qualities

You should have:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma, preferably a university degree in a field deemed relevant by the employer.
  • Experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry, or have worked in a role with similar customer contact.
  • Knowledge of how rental laws are applied in practice.
  • Previous experience in customer contact, rental issues, and administrative work.
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite with good computer skills.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English (both spoken and written). If you can communicate in additional languages, we consider it a significant plus.
  • A valid driver's license (B category) is required.

As a person, you are service-oriented and have an easy time communicating. You have a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and are flexible in finding solutions in a structured way. You are used to taking responsibility independently and working proactively to manage cases to rent out our apartments and premises in the best possible way. A fundamental requirement is that you are open, curious, and value good collaboration. You enjoy developing both in your work and as a person. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
